MANAGEMENT BOARD MEMBER / CEO / OPERATIONS PROGRAM DIRECTOR
Responsibilities: Senior level (Client Side) Director charged with a high degree of fiscal responsibility (P&L) for a program portfolio exceeding 3.7 Billion Dollars, independent decision making and professionalism directing sustainable urban planed infrastructure civil works,  high rise mixed use development projects throughout UAE, Russia, Armenia, Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, Georgia and Pakistan. Staff management and mentoring of 22 Project Managers, Engineers and Construction Professionals. Participating in steering committees, preparing strategic program management / execution plans, establishing project management processes and procedures utilizing P3O Program Management , monitoring and control of external consultants / specialists (PMO’s) such as Hill International, Savant, Bureau VERITAS, Mace, AECOM and others, resource planning, risk assessment, value engineering, preparation and implementation of strategic planning / programming to define and develop program strategy. Identifying future business opportunities, preparing and controlling operational budgets, establishing in house monitoring and tracking procedures, preparation of specific urban infrastructure developments, transportation, road, bridge, tunnel, Energy, water utility management, storm drainage, boarder protection, data centers, marine, military compounds / facilities, hospitals, secure facilities, communications, utilities, solid waste, earth monitoring and measurement works.
Urban planed High rise developments to 72 stories, banking / financial Centers, commercial office (Shell and core), Hotels, Shopping Malls / medical centers / cities and residences to include all infrastructure, underground parking, access roads, tunnels, bridges, utilities and high end fit out, monitoring and controlling design process and implementing value engineering, monitoring and controlling construction process, resource planning, risk assessment, impact analysis, management of same and negotiation VO’s / change orders and claims. Implementing total quality management systems requirements related to the Projects and look for opportunities for continuous improvement. Extensive and independent contact and direct communication client facing with principals, Board members, vendor’s representatives and project field personnel throughout project life cycle.
